1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Gift cards.
- Items on final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@jewelradiantt.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, ship the item back to the address provided in our return instructions. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 7 business days.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@jewelradiantt.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or defective item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@jewelradiantt.com.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
